DELIVERY TERMS & REFUND POLICY
1. Delivery charge is calculated by our logistics partner Lalamove.

2. We cover a radius of 20km for all Home Delivery Orders.

3. There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed.
4. Confirmation email will be sent to you after each order.

5. In the event an item ordered is out of stock or not available, we will call you to replace an item of equivalent quality and price.

6. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions or any movement control order enforced by the Malaysian Government

7. Delivery is undertaken by Lalamove & the company will not be responsible for any lost items during the delivery transit.
